What is Nubuke Leather

Nubuck Leather is a High Grade Leather which is first dull polished by machine to produce the floss on the surface, and double processed with protective coatings when using in furniture. Nubuck Leather is excellent in air permeable, and gives the Barcelona Chair a special outlook combing the vintage with elegancy.

What is Sueded Leather

Sueded Leather is artificial leather with the same effect of floss on the surface, but is different from Nubuke Leather, it is filmed onto fabric backing, NOT on Real Leather. Thus Sueded Leather is similar to Nubuke Leather, but the touching is not smooth and soft as Nubuke. And the price is much lower and color range can be wider.

Nubuke Leather vs Suded Leather

Natural Nubuke Leather is too expensive, so there are always limited colors in stock.
You may need to choose the color from the Sueded Leather color swatch, and we will dyed and process based on that color.
