The cushions are made of Italian Leather in Standard grade: Using Italian leather on the front while PU Leather on the back. Other 6 Grades of different leather are also available the detail of which you can click the links in the description below to get. The regular dimension is: Seat cushion size:75*54*8cm which is around 30*21*3.2 inches. Back cushion size:75*48*8cm which is around 30*19.6*3.2 inches. Ottoman cushion is optional, size is 60*54*8cm which is around 24*22*3.2 inch. Because cushions are not wooden or steel products, and they are soft and easily transformed, so the measurement especially when using different ways would have 1-2cm deviations. We can also customize any size as per request, please contact us if you need customization. Unlike products made of hard material such as wood or steel, cushions made of sponge and leather are soft and easily transformed, so the measurements above may have 1-2cm deviations under different situations, but they 100% fit for the standard Barcelona Chair frame which you never need to worry.

Sponge

We use the high-density sponge with 8cm thickness to make the Barcelona chair cushions.
It is anti-fire of US standard, with a layer polyfoam wrapping on the surface to maintain. so the cushion is actually with a thickness of 9-10cm with an elegant arch, while also very elastic, enduring, and comfortable at the same time. Based on the feedbacks of different customers, we now can offer 2 different types of density sponges.
30 Density sponge is softer, and best for the person with weight less than 70kg; 35 Density sponge is firmer, and better for people with weight more than 70kg.

2. Average Grade:
Using Top grain leather on the front while High Quality PU leather on the back. It is the lowest price for Real Leather, but the quality is already higher than most of the average products in the market while the price is the lowest.
If you don't want to spend much, or just use this chair temporarily, Average Grade may be a good option.

3. Standard Grade:
Using Italian leather on the front while High Quality PU leather on the back. Most popular with our customers, quality warranty is more than 10 years.
Standard Grade has the highest quality to price ratio, because it is only half of the price of Higher Grade, but from the outside look, almost the same with Higher grade.
Though the 4 sides and back using the PU leather, those parts don't touch the skin and the anti-friction function is even better.

4. Higher Grade:
Using Italian leather on both front and back, you can also choose the pipings and buttons to be made in the same Italian leather.
Higher Grade is the most suitable for Business and Commercial usage, as it is mostly bought by business and commercial entity, or designers to use in the business or personal design environments that help to show the owner's potential commercial capacity.
