Broken package doesn't mean damages on the product inside

If you find the package broken, you shall not reject the package.
Instead, you shall ask the deliveryman make a note in the shipping sheet, something like: The package is broken when deliverying
And ask him to sign.
Then take the package and open it, and check the product inside at the first time.

Because we usually use double package for the shipment, so outside broken package doesn't mean the inside product is damaged.
If you reject the product, it will be returned to China and once it is not damaged, you will need to pay again for the re-dispatch.

Preston's experience is a good example, he found the outside box was broken, but he opened it instead of rejecting it.
