Totally worth the wait

It is not the first time we head about this from customers' feedbacks.

We actually have calculated for customers: Why 2 months of waiting is worthy?

There are some middlemen who would stock products in USA, and shipping would take less than 2 weeks if ordering from them.

Why do customers still prefer to buy from us even they would need to wait 4 weeks, or even 8 weeks?

In the before, we also made stock in our LA warehouse, and shipped directly from LA to nationwide, by doing which the deliver time would be less than 2 week.

Why wouldn't we do this stock selling for leather products any more?

For leather products, the reality is: if you make stock, you have to make a large quantity, for example, half a container, which can contain 400 sets of cushions.
And usually the stock has to be made before it run out.
In another word, the cushions for sale were actually made 6 months ago.
Within these 6 months, they are not under maintenance and never be used. It is very easy for the leather fiber to lose the gross and ductility, and become drier and drier.
But if freshly made, the quality of the leather can be at its peak, even after 4 weeks shipping. Once it comes to usage, the leather will be touched with human body, and under maintenance, thus it can keep humid and glorious.

Second, manufacturing and shipping directly from our Chinese factory can give the customers much more choices, while making stock in USA can only keep a little options, such as only white, black colors, or some regular size.

Third, technology is improving all the time, manufacturing and shipping directly from our Chinese factory will ensure you to get the most updated craftsmanship. Take an example from Jessica's case and Brad's case, some technology was just developed during the process of producing for them.

In summary, when you buy a stock leather product, you pay $100 but actually get $50 value. If you buy a freshly made leather product directly from the manufacturer, you pay $100 but actually get $200 or even $300.
