Use a private driver

Sometimes, if you are located around our warehouse, we may use a private driver to cut the shipping time even we need to pay more for it.

But the private driver may need to collect cash at delivery.

We were glad that Susan were willing to cooperate us, paid the driver cash, and we refunded this amount afterward.

Looking back at the text messages between us, we must say, Susan is such a nice customer who responded us in time and cooperated us all the way, which was the key to make the transaction smooth and happy.
