Try the best to find a solution

Sometimes, customers may not have his/her own opinions for what to do, and we will try the best to find a solution for them.

When we double checked with Lauri about the straps details she wanted, and found out she may be not able to install.

Then we offered her a solution of buying the whole chairs without installing the straps separately.

Then she had the hesitance, and questioned about our legitimacy. So we needed to find the solution to get her trust.

And with our sincerity and honesty, she felt safe and believe in us.

She couldn't make a decision on the color, so we sent her the color swatch by mail to solve this problem.

After the production, we sent her the QC pictures and helped her to track the shipment all the way, to make her feel relieved that she would get them with zero problems.
