You can not change the delivery time or set a deadline causually

When we arrange the shipments from China or our US warehouse to your door address, you can not suddently change the delivery arrangement or set a deadline causually.
Because we are impossible to revise the process of trucking from LTL company as the shipment is outbound of the warehouse.

In the case below, we had arranged the shipment from LA to Julia in Florida on 17th, then several hours later, she sent us an email requesting the cargo should arrive on 18th.
This put us in a risky dilemma, because definitely we were impossible to instruct the trucking company to finish this task.
And if we did forward this impossible request to the trucking company, there would be a contract breach, and both we and Julie would lose this cargo with no compensation at all.

The trucking comany kept his cargo and requested stocking fee, he refused to pay. Thus he both lost his cargo and money, even though he put up a chargeback from American express, he didn't get the support from his credit card company and lost his case.
