Seaports were chocked during July of 2020

Starting from July of 2020, Covid caused the seaports of USA chocked.
Which also caused customers to ask about the process again and again.
What could we do then? This was totally out of our control.
We could do nothing but explained again and again, and promised customers of full refund if not arriving.(sigh...)
