A successful customization

Robin ordered customization for cushions and straps.
The whole process was very smooth and easy going.

First, he sent us the picture of the chair he wanted to do.
And based on his pictures, we chose the close color swatch and sent him the pictures for his confirmation which one he would like to get by mail.



After his confirmation for the color swatches from the email, we sent them by mail to let him see them in person.



Then he picked up one of the color swatches, and we customized the cushions using that color swatch.


Then we customized the straps based on the color swatch for the cushions.


He got them, happy.
