We always welcome technical questions from customers

We may not answer some questions, but for technical questions, we are keen to dig into them and answer specifically as much as possible.

Rip picked up some higher grade barcelona style chairs from our warehouse. After he got them at home, he put up a question:
Why frame straps are not matching the chair cushions in the same white color?
He described: "The cushions are snow white, while the frame straps are ivory"





And we put the two different grades of frame straps together to compare, as well as a snow white cushion, and gave him the exaplanation specifically as much as possible.
He understood after our explanation.
