Thirdly, even for the same type of leather at the same price, the quality is different from different leather factories.
Taking PU leather as an example, for some PU leather, it will peel after some time and fall off. But the PU leather we use, can last more than 10 years.

The good quality leather, is well processed and with strong backing, which makes the leather both soft and tenacious. This is a very crucial feature which will affect the Stretching Covering Technique to be successful or not.

2. Stretching Covering Technique

Barcelona Bench cushions are made 100% by hand, the Stretching Covering Technique takes up more than 50% of the total procedures and the total cost.

3. Wooden Frame or Stainless steel frame

For Barcelona Bench styles, we can offer either wooden frame or stainless steel frame. Both are with enhanced solid legs instead of hollow ones.

4. Frame straps

If the Barcelona Bench frame must be strong, then the frame straps of Barcelona Bench must be even stronger. Because the load onto the frame actually starts from the frame straps, and what is more, the frame straps are not scattering the load as an entirety, but into each separate piece through which the load is transferred onto the frame.

Sponge

We use the high-density sponge with 8cm thickness to make the Barcelona chair cushions.
It is anti-fire of US standard, with a layer polyfoam wrapping on the surface to maintain. so the cushion is actually with a thickness of 9-10cm with an elegant arch, while also very elastic, enduring, and comfortable at the same time. Based on the feedbacks of different customers, we now can offer 2 different types of density sponges.
30 Density sponge is softer, and best for the person with weight less than 70kg; 35 Density sponge is firmer, and better for people with weight more than 70kg.

3. Standard Grade:
Using Italian leather on the front while High Quality PU leather on the back. Most popular with our customers, quality warranty is more than 10 years.
Standard Grade has the highest quality to price ratio, because it is only half of the price of Higher Grade, but from the outside look, almost the same with Higher grade.
Though the 4 sides and back using the PU leather, those parts don't touch the skin and the anti-friction function is even better.

4. Higher Grade:
Using Italian leather on both front and back, you can also choose the pipings and buttons to be made in the same Italian leather.
Higher Grade is the most suitable for Business and Commercial usage, as it is mostly bought by business and commercial entity, or designers to use in the business or personal design environments that help to show the owner's potential commercial capacity.
